Q. Why can't we see the name meaning first before ordering?
A. Since we have a very large database, our website would takes too long to upload the information.
Q. How do we know if the name we chose is available or not?
A. We have ANY FIRST NAME ON THE PLANET. However, if you chose a LAST NAME for your name certificate, we will have thousands of European last names available at this time. If the LAST NAME you chose is not available, we will let you know and you will not be billed for that. If you want to know for sure if your LAST NAME is available before ordering. Please e-mail us first.
Q. How long does it take to receive the product?
A. We will ship the product as soon as we received your payment. It usually takes about two weeks to deliver product with an address in United States. It takes longer to deliver to an international address.
Q. How do I order?
A. ORDERING IS EASY!
1) Choose an art background
2) Choose a colored mat frame or a solid wood frame
(The size of any certificate is 8.5" x 11" and any frame is 11" x 14")
3) Send a name or two (optional) for each certificate
4) Write the date of the occasion and a personal message (22 letters maximum)
5) Order by credit card, PayPal or check/money order.
Q. What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card, Discover), PayPal and check or money order for United States residents. We can only accept payment by credit card or PayPal for residents outside of the United States.
Q. What if I am not happy with the product?
A. If you are not satisfied with the product, simply return it within 30 days from the purchased date and we will remake it for you. No one can match our guarantee policy for a personalized item such as this product.
